If you still have the welcome offer active, you will not be able to make a withdrawal without first canceling your bonus.
If you choose to cancel the bonus, you will receive a notification informing you of the amount you can withdraw after canceling the offer.
The remaining balance after the bonus has been canceled can then be withdrawn.
